Sales & Revenue Systems

Sales and revenue systems, from the first lead to the closed deal.

Aroc analyses the sales process, builds the systems that run it and improves how it performs: CRM, lead generation, automation, call center development, AI sales agents and voice systems, revenue operations and reporting.

  • Sales data lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and several tools that do not agree.

Assess, Build, Grow

How this connects to the three pathways.

Assess

Find where the process leaks: lead handling, follow-up, qualification, hand-offs and the numbers behind them.

Build

CRM, automation, call center systems, lead-generation tools and AI sales agents, connected to each other and to reporting.

Grow

Revenue operations and optimization every month: the pipeline reviewed, the leaks fixed in order and the results reported.

How projects are scoped

Scoped to the requirement, priced in writing before work starts.

These are not packages. The published prices ($950 for Assess, from $5,000 for Build, $650 a month for Grow) apply to the specific scopes on those pages. A project here starts with a conversation, usually an Assess to establish what is worth building, and the team, specialists and suppliers it needs are agreed in the proposal.

What to send

Three questions that make a first reply useful.

  • Which process or system is the problem?
  • Volume and team size
  • Tools in use today

The project enquiry asks these for a “sales or operations systems”. A sentence for each is enough.

Evidence

What exists today.

Aroc built and keeps live two lead-generation tools, the B2B funnel calculator and the SBA broker pipeline calculator, both with email capture and a generated roadmap. Reporting that connects effort to revenue is described under revenue reporting and analytics. There is no published CRM, call center or AI sales agent case study yet.
