Data & Analytics

Data and analytics that connect effort to revenue.

Aroc sets up measurement in accounts you own, builds the reporting that people trust and read, and connects marketing, sales and operations data so the business can see what is working. Data infrastructure work sits with the infrastructure division.

Problems we are asked to solve

Where this work usually starts.

  • Nobody can say which channel produces closed revenue.
  • Reports exist but nobody trusts or reads them.
  • Tracking was installed once and nobody knows whether it still works.
  • Data lives in several tools that do not agree.
  • A decision needs numbers that are not available yet.
What you can request

Data and analytics: the offerings.

  • Data, analytics and revenue reporting.
  • Business intelligence dashboards and reporting.
  • Sales analytics and reporting.
  • Tracking and measurement set up in accounts you own.
  • Measurement baselines before a change, so the effect can be shown.

Assess · Build · Grow

Sales analytics and reporting

Pipeline, conversion and revenue reporting in accounts you own, so the sales numbers can be trusted and acted on.

Assess, Build, Grow

How this connects to the three pathways.

Assess

Establish what can be measured today, what is broken and which few numbers matter.

Build

Tracking, data pipelines, dashboards and reporting built and connected to the systems you use.

Grow

Reporting reviewed monthly by a person, with the tracking kept working and the findings written down.

How projects are scoped

Scoped to the requirement, priced in writing before work starts.

These are not packages. The published prices ($950 for Assess, from $5,000 for Build, $650 a month for Grow) apply to the specific scopes on those pages. A project here starts with a conversation, usually an Assess to establish what is worth building, and the team, specialists and suppliers it needs are agreed in the proposal.

What to send

Three questions that make a first reply useful.

  • What decision should the analysis support?
  • What data or access exists today?
  • When do you need the answer?

The project enquiry asks these for a “business assessment or analysis”. A sentence for each is enough.

Evidence

What exists today.

Aroc publishes its own measurement openly: the Growth Report traces every figure to a frozen export, and this site counts a lead only when the server confirms it. The specialist page for revenue reporting is revenue reporting and analytics. Data engineering and infrastructure are on the infrastructure page. There is no published data client case yet.
