What these cover
These terms govern your use of arocwebdesigns.com, operated by Aric Sangchat, trading as Aroc. Using the site means you accept them.
They are not the agreement for paid work.If you engage Aroc for an assessment, a build or a monthly engagement, the scope, allowances, term, ownership and cancellation terms are set out in that engagement’s own documents — agreed in writing before anything starts, and they take precedence over anything here.
Prices shown on this site
Prices are published because hiding them would contradict how this company works. They are indicative and current at the date above. A Focused Build is quoted from a stated figure; a System Build is always quoted against the diagnosis. Nothing on this site is a binding offer — the quote you receive in writing is.
What is on the site, and what it is worth
The findings, figures and examples published here are real and, where they concern clients, anonymised. They describe what happened for a specific business at a specific time. They are not a prediction of what will happen for you, and no outcome, ranking, traffic level or revenue is promised anywhere on this site or in any engagement.
Anything here that reads like guidance is general information, not advice about your business. Advice about your business is what an assessment produces.
Ownership
The text, design, photographs, the Aroc marks and the Aroc Growth System are owned by Aric Sangchat, trading as Aroc or used under licence. You are welcome to read, print and quote from this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Work produced under a paid engagement is yours — the domain, the content, the accounts and the code, per the engagement documents. That is a deliberate commitment and it is not affected by anything on this page.
Links to other places
Where we link to a directory, a platform or a client’s site, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and correct, and we do not guarantee either. Content may change without notice. If something here is wrong, telling us is the fastest way to have it fixed — corrections get made in public.
