Operations & Management

Operations and management, so the business runs as well as it sells.

Aroc analyses how a business actually runs, designs the operating changes that remove friction, and provides ongoing management and optimization for the growth side of the business: operations strategy, process optimization, revenue operations and fractional marketing leadership.

Problems we are asked to solve

Where this work usually starts.

  • Work stalls between people, tools and hand-offs.
  • Nobody owns the numbers that show how the business is doing.
  • Sales, marketing and delivery are not working from the same information.
  • The founder is the bottleneck for decisions that should be routine.
  • Growth needs a monthly rhythm, not occasional bursts.
What you can request

  • Operations strategy and process optimization.
  • Sales process analysis and optimization.
  • Revenue operations.

Two improvements we choose, two you ask for, and a written report every month.

Assess, Build, Grow

How this connects to the three pathways.

Assess

Find where work stalls and what it costs: process, hand-offs, systems and the numbers behind them.

Build

Redesign the process and build the systems that carry it: automation, CRM, dashboards and documented procedures.

Grow

Manage and optimize every month: priorities set from evidence, improvements made live and a written report.

How projects are scoped

Scoped to the requirement, priced in writing before work starts.

These are not packages. The published prices ($950 for Assess, from $5,000 for Build, $650 a month for Grow) apply to the specific scopes on those pages. A project here starts with a conversation, usually an Assess to establish what is worth building, and the team, specialists and suppliers it needs are agreed in the proposal.

What to send

Three questions that make a first reply useful.

  • Which process or system is the problem?
  • Volume and team size
  • Tools in use today

The project enquiry asks these for a “sales or operations systems”. A sentence for each is enough.

Evidence

What exists today.

Aroc runs its own growth on the monthly cycle it sells, and publishes the result in the Growth Report, including the months that went badly. The published monthly service is Grow, and fractional CMO growth services describes the leadership role. There is no published operations client case yet.
