We'll show you every Google ad your top competitors run, and the gap you can own.
In most markets, every Google ad says the same thing
Search for almost anything sold by phone and you'll see it: discounts, "#1," star ratings, "ends soon." When every ad makes the same promise, buyers pick on price, and the biggest budget wins.
We saw exactly this when we pulled every live ad from five national competitors in one client's market. We found $300 to $750 off, "50% off," and "#1" again and again, and not one ad answered what buyers actually worry about.
Buyers don't need another discount. They need a reason to trust one company over the rest.
How our Google Ads management works: the obvious choice method
Six steps, in this order. The ads come fifth.
- Step 1
Pull every competitor ad
We use Google's Ads Transparency Center and live searches in your market to see exactly what your competitors run: every headline, offer, price and extension. Google Ads competitor analysis from the source, not guesswork.
- Step 2
Find the gap
We line up what competitors say against what your buyers worry about, from Google's "People also ask," reviews and forums. The gap is what nobody says.
- Step 3
Build your promise
Three to five things that are true for every customer and that competitors don't say. We confirm each one with you before it goes in an ad.
- Step 4
Shape an offer they can't just outbid
When competitors fight on discounts, we look for value they can't copy cheaply, and check it against your margins before we recommend it.
- Step 5
Build campaigns where your buyers search
Your name, your category, your buyers' specific needs, and your competitors' names where the law and Google's rules allow it. Every headline and description is checked against Google's limits.
- Step 6
One landing page, many versions
Every ad lands on a page that keeps its promise. One page with a version per campaign, so every test improves them all. Leads flow into your CRM or dialer, and we report sales.

Inside a real plan: a regional seller vs. five national brands
A Missouri vehicle protection company was about to launch Google Ads against national brands with far bigger budgets. Here's what we found, and what we built in one week.
What we found
Five competitors running hundreds of live ads. Every one led with a discount ($300 to $750 off), "#1" or star ratings. None answered the buyer's real questions: Is this a scam? What's covered? Will I get hounded by calls?
What we built
A four-part promise competitors don't make. An offer they don't lead with. Four campaigns, including car-make campaigns planned around clicks of about $2–$15 instead of $45–$55. One landing page with nine versions.
CPC figures are Keyword Planner estimates at planning time, not results.
Before and after
We'll pull their live ads and show you the gap you can own. $250, credited in full against your first month. Ready in 3 business days after payment.

Google Ads management FAQ
What's included in your Google Ads management?
Competitor ad research, your promise and offer, campaigns and keywords, every ad written and checked, landing pages built and tested, your website managed, conversion and sales tracking, and a weekly report, all as part of the Growth Partnership. If you're comparing ppc management services, this is the whole funnel, not just bids.
Can I bid on my competitors' names in Google Ads?
Usually, yes. Google allows competitor names as keywords. Your ad text and landing page shouldn't use their name or suggest you're connected. We set these campaigns up that way, and recommend your counsel signs off.
How do you see what my competitors are running?
We use Google's own Ads Transparency Center, which lists the ads each advertiser runs, plus live searches in your market. You see their actual headlines, offers and prices.
How long until I see results?
We give you a first read at 30 days and a clear verdict, in sales, between day 45 and day 90. Launch timing depends on approvals and is set in the plan.
What does PPC management cost?
The teardown is $250, credited in full against your first month. The Growth Partnership is typically $2,500 a month for 90 days, then month to month. Ad spend goes directly to Google.
Do I need a new website?
No. We build the landing pages, with a version for each campaign, and manage your website as part of the partnership.
Do you lock me into a contract?
The first 90 days are committed, because month 1 builds the foundation and months 2 and 3 are where it pays off. After that it's month to month.
How do you measure success?
In sales, not clicks. We connect your CRM or dialer so sales flow back into Google Ads, and we report cost per sale.
