Business Intelligence & Strategy

Business intelligence and strategy: find out what is holding the business back.

Aroc analyses a business, its market and its operations before recommending anything to build. The work ranges from a fixed-price diagnostic to market research, sales and operations analysis, brand strategy and expansion planning, and it ends in a written recommendation of what to do first.

Problems we are asked to solve

Where this work usually starts.

  • A big decision is coming and the evidence is thin.
  • The market, the competitors or the customers are not well understood.
  • Money keeps being spent on the wrong fix.
  • The business wants to expand and does not know where to begin.

Scoped and priced in writing before work starts.

Assess

Market and competitive intelligence

Who buys, what they search for and ask for, who else they consider and where the opening is.

Scoped and priced in writing before work starts.

Assess · Grow

Sales process analysis and optimization

Where the sales process and daily operations lose time, leads or money, which fix pays first, and the optimization that follows.

Assess

Website, SEO and brand diagnostic (the published Assess)

The fixed-scope diagnosis: the one constraint most likely limiting the business, with the evidence and what fixing it costs.

Published package: $950, fixed. Work beyond that scope is scoped and priced in writing first.

Assess · Build

Brand strategy and positioning

Who the brand is for, what it stands for and why it is chosen, written down as a position the rest of the work can follow.

EXPAND: business expansion methodology

A method for expanding a business into new capabilities, products, industries, technology, operations and markets, from assessment to launch.

Assess, Build, Grow

How this connects to the three pathways.

Assess

This is the home of Assess: evidence-led analysis that names the constraint and what to do first.

Build

Strategy that needs systems to carry it becomes a Build: the tools, dashboards and structures the analysis calls for.

Grow

Strategy kept alive: priorities reviewed against the evidence every month, and expansion planned and managed.

How projects are scoped

Scoped to the requirement, priced in writing before work starts.

These are not packages. The published prices ($950 for Assess, from $5,000 for Build, $650 a month for Grow) apply to the specific scopes on those pages. A project here starts with a conversation, usually an Assess to establish what is worth building, and the team, specialists and suppliers it needs are agreed in the proposal.

What to send

Three questions that make a first reply useful.

  • What decision should the analysis support?
  • What data or access exists today?
  • When do you need the answer?

The project enquiry asks these for a “business assessment or analysis”. A sentence for each is enough.

Evidence

What exists today.

The published method is Assess, with the Growth System and its curriculum as the framework. Original analysis is published as research: the AI visibility pilot and the SERP localization study. The documented case is Evergreen Spa. There is no published client case for the other analysis offerings yet.
