Aroc built this tool, runs it, and keeps it live. It is a small, complete example of the Build pathway: a piece of software that solves one problem, captures demand and hands the visitor something useful.
A thin pipeline has three numbers, and nobody has multiplied them.
Traffic, lead-capture rate and close rate multiply into revenue. Most teams know them separately and never see what a change to one of them is worth in a month, so the conversation about where to invest stays opinion-led.
A calculator that shows the gap, and a roadmap for those who want it.
The visitor enters monthly traffic, lead-capture rate, close rate and average deal value, and a rate to model. The tool shows what the different capture rate would add each month and each year.
Exactly what happens, in order.
- The result is worked out in the browser as the visitor types. Nothing is sent while they use it.
- There is no industry benchmark in the sum: the modelled rate is the visitor’s own scenario.
- A visitor who wants the roadmap gives a work email address and agrees to receive it; free-mail addresses are refused.
- The server recomputes the result from the raw figures, saves the email as a lead and one record of the run, and builds the PDF.
- The PDF is built for the visitor and is not stored. The records are deleted on request, as the privacy policy says.
No usage figures, customers or results are claimed for this tool.
