Equipment Financing & Hard Asset Sourcing — Programmatic Long-Tail Capture
The moment a buyer is most likely to want financing is the moment they are looking at a specific machine. The offer belongs on that page, not on a separate one they have to find.
We interlock your financial offers directly with physical inventory intent. We construct dynamic calculators that structure lease-to-own models, custom heavy equipment amortization grids, and direct corporate purchase loan applications.
The aim is to intercept corporate buyers at the exact point of asset acquisition, locking in the commercial financing deal before traditional banks can process the file.
Equipment sourcing catalogs
Financing at the point of evaluation needs inventory pages to attach to. That is the catalog module: one crawlable page per machine, each with a quote request.
See the equipment sourcing moduleCalculators that are honest about being estimates
A payment calculator on an equipment page turns a price into a monthly figure, which is what a buyer is really comparing. It must be labelled as an estimate, and it must not show a rate or term the lender would not actually offer, because a number that cannot be honoured loses the buyer at the application. The rates, terms and any residual assumptions are yours to supply and keep current.
Structures and grids
- Lease-to-own and loan structures side by side, with the totals each produces.
- An amortization grid the buyer can read and a finance manager can stand behind.
- A short credit application that carries the equipment details with it.
Disclosure
Commercial equipment financing is lighter on consumer-style rules than a consumer loan, but some states require commercial financing disclosures and the wording of any offer is regulated advertising. These are yours to confirm with counsel, and we place what you supply.
What intercepting means here
The aim is to be present at the point of asset acquisition. Whether a deal closes before a bank would have processed it depends on your terms and your speed, and a website can only make the offer easy to find and use.
Regulated marketing. Advertising for commercial lending and brokerage is regulated, and the rules vary by product and by state. Aroc is not a lender, a broker or a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. We build to the compliance requirements you and your counsel set. We cannot guarantee that any page or funnel is compliant.
No current client results in this vertical yet. Aroc has no commercial finance client result to publish, so nothing on this page is a result. Everything above is a strategic objective, and it describes how we would structure a financing offer on an equipment page and what we would measure. The documented evidence for the method so far is a Rawai spa’s first three months.
